＊ QYZH-2400/2900 series full-automatic double sheet folder gluer is a new model which "saving people, high efficiency" and "excellent performance" double sheet full-automatic folder gluer developed by our company on the basis of comprehensive analysis of similar products at home and abroad and in-depth study of processing, manufacturing and production technology.
＊ The machine is equipped with eight sets of servo motors, double servo feeding, double servo positioning, double servo folding, double servo operation, to ensure the stability of the equipment in high-speed board feeding and the synchronization of high-speed board feeding, and the servo feeding can make A-piece and B-piece products set the box feeding size separately, so as to solve the problem of large and small pieces.
＊ Double gluing, hot melt glue and common sealing glue respectively, ensures 100% bonding of products after entering containers and refrigerators.
＊ Two sheets of docking positioning is also double servo paper, to the machine in low-speed bonding and high-speed bonding provides the same precision consistency.
＊ This machine can be used as a flat-mouth box, and the front specified position adopts one regulation and two purposes, which shortens the time for changing the machine and changing orders.
＊ This machine is a dual-purpose machine, double sheet box and single sheet box can be produced.
＊ Automatic tipping adopts double servo motor feeding and double servo tipping to ensure stable and efficient paper.
＊ Automatic unit with two touch line (indentation) function, solve the problem of carton indentation line is not clear.
